Workshop: Living in Place

Sunday, September 19th, 10am-1pm, $35

We live and move fast - it’s easy to forget about our bodies. We watch our energy run astray and our emotions go up and down. Tending to our minds and bodies is important now, more than ever. Join us for a morning as we cultivate our awareness together.

The workshop will be held at Tara Firma Farms in Petaluma, a sustainable agriculture and animal husbandry operation with a breathtaking 238-acre landscape on the Sonoma-Marin county line. Immersed in this beautiful and spacious setting, we will use contemplative movement meditations to revisit our innate connection with nature. We will explore our current commitments, and develop our inner compasses to stay balanced, available and flexible for our work in the world. The skills you will learn in this workshop, including writing and movement techniques, will help you meet the challenges of this time with a deeper connection to your inner calling.
